Around thirty residents of the Llémena Valley blocked the GIV-5313 road between Sant Gregori and Llorà this Monday morning to voice their opposition to a road widening project.

The demonstration in Canet d'Adri highlighted concerns over 16-meter trucks driving through the area during school hours. Protesters carried banners and distributed a manifesto to drivers stopped by the brief blockade, calling for improved safety measures.
The Per una Carretera Segura platform criticized the Sant Aniol de Finestres Town Council for leaving the local association of municipalities. They claim this move aims to bypass agreements intended to restrict heavy vehicle traffic in the Gironès region.
