Nàstic faces its most demanding pre-season friendly match this Saturday against Girona, a Second Division team, at the Nou Estadi Costa Daurada.

The team coached by Xisco Campos will play its fourth summer friendly, aiming to consolidate the ideas of the new sporting project. The Tarragona-based team comes into the match after having played three previous commitments against Andorra (0-2 loss), Olot (1-1 draw), and Petro de Luanda (0-2 loss).
Despite the defeats, Nàstic showed moments of good play but also highlighted the need for time to cohere a squad with 18 new signings. The match against Girona will be a new test of maximum difficulty, as the Girona team will compete in the Second Division this season.
The encounter will serve for Xisco Campos to continue distributing minutes among the players and refining the starting lineup. The Balearic coach will also take the opportunity to test different tactical variations, including a three-center-back defense, and to consolidate the game system for the start of the official competition, scheduled in just over two weeks.
