The Institute of Healthcare Assistance (IAS) has launched an offer of 25 residency positions for the 2026-2027 academic year at the Santa Caterina Hospital in Salt.

This Wednesday, the institution held an open house event for future healthcare professionals. The session aimed to showcase the teaching facilities at the Martí i Julià Hospital Park and explain the specific training programs for various medical and nursing specialties.
The available spots include 4 in adult psychiatry, 3 in clinical psychology, and 6 in family medicine, alongside positions for mental health nursing and midwives. The Ministry of Health accredits these programs as part of a specialized national network.

"The IAS has different teaching units for specialist training and has collaboration agreements with universities and research entities throughout Catalonia."
