The expert insists that the plan's goal is to provide tools for self-care from within, implementing an easy, healthy diet and supporting organic systems affected by sustained stress. Hernández adds that only exercise would be missing for the plan to be perfect.
Hernández highlights the crucial role of rest, as the body regenerates during sleep. She recommends 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep, noting that this represents an "enormous percentage" for overall health.
The 30-day program is aimed at individuals who feel overwhelmed by stress, experiencing symptoms like constant fatigue, irritability, or poor digestion, and who wish to implement healthy routines that fit their daily lives, avoiding the pressure of "express changes".
