The house's most emblematic item is the Angus beef loin, sourced from Pla de l'Estany. This meat, always from female cattle with good fat content, is hung to rest for 25 to 30 days before being cut, a process that guarantees optimal texture and flavor. According to the owners, extreme maturation is not necessary if the raw material is excellent.
