Although there is still considerable room for improvement, most town councils have seen their scores rise compared to the previous edition. This positive trend underscores a collective effort to offer more accessible information to citizens.
Among the municipalities that have stood out for their improvement, Lluçà and Oristà have managed to double their scores. The main areas of progress have focused on citizen participation and general information about the municipality. Likewise, Alpens' website has exceeded 25% compliance with the items established by the seal, the highest figure achieved by this municipality since 2021.
The Sant Martí d'Albars Town Council has also shown significant progress, being only four percentage points away from reaching 50% of the requirements. Currently, the only website that exceeds 50% compliance is that of the Prats de Lluçanès Town Council, which is also undergoing renovation. Prats de Lluçanès is the only municipality in the region that has maintained the transparency seal from 2014 to 2023.
However, some websites have experienced a slight decrease in their scores. This is the case for Olost, Prats, and Sant Feliu Sasserra. The main reason for this decline has been the lack of publication of contact details (email, phone, or social media) for government and opposition members. The authors of the Infoparticipa Seal emphasize the importance of information being easily accessible, preferably with a maximum of three clicks.
