The Club Nàutic El Balís held its traditional Nit de l'Esport in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, gathering 150 guests to celebrate the international achievements of its elite sailors.

The event marked the 60th anniversary of the Maresme-based club. High-ranking officials, including Carme Bastida from the Catalan Sports Council, attended the ceremony to support the local maritime tradition.

"We are proud to promote sea sports and to train both people and athletes."

Fran Ripoll · President of Club Nàutic El Balís
Olympic sailor Florian Trittel, a 49er world champion, was among the top honorees. Other recognized athletes included Juan Lleonart, world Optimist team champion, and Silvia Ravetllat, world runner-up in the ILCA Grand Master category.
The gala also featured a moving posthumous tribute to Martí Cornudella i Mir, the founder of the club's sports division, whose children accepted the award in his memory.
