Actor and director Santiago Segura premieres the film Torrente presidente this Friday in Mataró, the sixth part of his successful franchise returning to theaters after a twelve-year hiatus.

The new installment of the highest-grossing saga in Spanish cinema is being released under absolute secrecy. Santiago Segura's production, a sequel to Torrente 5: Operación Eurovegas, has avoided releasing trailers or promotional images to preserve surprises for fans at Kinépolis cinemas.
Additionally, the Mataró billboard also welcomes the historical drama The World to Come (released as El testamento de Ann Lee). Directed by Mona Fastvold and starring Amanda Seyfried, the film depicts the life of the Shaker Movement founder in the United States during the late 1770s.
These premieres will join a wide range of titles such as Hoppers, Scream 7, and Balandrau, vent salvatge, marking a busy week for cinema in the Maresme capital.
