Three educational centers from the Maresme region have been honored in the latest edition of the Baldiri Reixac Awards by the Fundació Carulla, recognizing school innovation in arts, culture, and the Catalan language.

The awarded centers are the Institut Escola Àngela Bransuela in Mataró, the Escola Les Ferreries in Palafolls, and the Escola d’Educació Especial l’Arboç, also in Mataró. These awards celebrate school projects that integrate creativity and culture to address social and educational challenges.
The winning projects in the “Premi Baldiri Experiències” category include 'Som Paraula' from Institut Escola Àngela Bransuela; 'Apadrinem paraules!' from Escola Les Ferreries; and 'Jocs Florals Inclusius' from Escola d’Educació Especial l’Arboç. These initiatives highlight the promotion of Catalan and inclusion through the arts.
This year's call has recognized a total of 28 educational centers from across the Catalan Countries, with a total prize money of 44,000 euros distributed among various categories. The official award ceremony will take place on June 7th at the Museu Terra in l'Espluga de Francolí.
