The Pineda de Mar City Council's Electronic Office is launching a new image and web address this weekend. This update is part of the municipal digital services modernization process, aiming to enhance user experience and streamline procedures for citizens.
Due to the migration, the current Electronic Office will be unavailable from 2 PM on Friday, October 16th. After technical work is completed, the service will move to the new address seu.pinedademar.cat. During the transition, the old link seu.pinedademar.org will redirect users to the new platform.
The new Electronic Office will initially offer current procedures but will incorporate new functionalities. Notably, the Citizen Folder will allow users to consult their history of interactions with the council and track the status of ongoing procedures. Later, coinciding with changes to the Municipal Register application, services will expand to include access to population register information.
The City Council advises citizens to complete any necessary tasks before the service interruption and thanks them for their understanding regarding any inconvenience.
