The initiative, driven by the Employment Department, has closed its registration period and has two working groups underway. These itineraries are tailored to the different stages of the participants' business projects.
One group is aimed at women who are defining their business idea, validating their business model, or starting their activity. The other group supports existing businesses looking to improve management, define strategies, and explore new growth opportunities.
The program includes specialized mentoring, monthly in-person sessions, and networking events designed to foster the exchange of experiences and collaboration among entrepreneurs.
As part of the program, a professional photo session has been organized with individual and group portraits. The aim is to strengthen the personal brand of the entrepreneurs and enhance the visibility of their business projects.
The program's ultimate goal is to provide resources and support to women entrepreneurs to foster the development and consolidation of their businesses in the municipality and the Maresme region.
