The Alcanar City Council and the Morella Negra festival present the second edition of Black Connection this Saturday, March 14th, at the Teatre Auditori d'Alcanar.

The festival aims to promote crime fiction authors from the Catalan-speaking regions. The morning session includes book presentations such as Murs d'aigua by Marta Tena and Les orquídies del mal by Núria Bacardit, followed by a literary vermouth with local food tastings.
In the afternoon, the program features a special conversation with the acclaimed writer Alicia Giménez Bartlett. Other participants include Susana Hernández and Joan Carles Ventura, who will discuss the connection between literature and recent history.
The event will close with a gourmet experience featuring black truffles from Els Ports and traditional black rice from La Marinada restaurant in les Cases d'Alcanar, blending culture and territory.
