The exhibition, titled '50 years of journalism, language, and country,' offers a journey through the newspaper's history via its most representative front pages. The exhibition features 51 selected front pages, one for each year of the newspaper's existence, capturing the political, social, and cultural evolution of Catalonia over five decades.
The inauguration event for the exhibition took place last Friday and was attended by the mayor of Palamós, Maria Puig, and the vice-president of El Punt Avui, Jordi Grau.
This traveling exhibition highlights the newspaper's trajectory and its connection to the country's reality. It is complemented by a selection of news items published by the newspaper that refer to Palamós, bringing the general overview closer to the local reality and recovering events from the municipality.
The exhibition can be visited at the temporary exhibition hall of the Fishing Museum until September 27th, during the museum's opening hours.
