The Societat Musical La Lira Ampostina organizes a new edition of the De Banda a Banda cycle on January 31 at the Octavi Ruiz Auditorium in Amposta, featuring the performance of the Montserrat Symphonic Band.

The De Banda a Banda cycle, now in its 24th edition, is one of the most anticipated musical events in the Terres de l'Ebre region. This year, the guest ensemble is the Symphonic Band of the Societat Instructiva Unió Musical de Montserrat, an entity with a long and distinguished history.
The Valencian band, conducted by maestro José Salmerón Alemany, arrives in Amposta after having celebrated its own centenary last year. This historical milestone highlights its continued commitment to band music and its interpretive quality.
The event is part of the celebrations for the 110th anniversary of the organizing entity, the Societat Musical La Lira Ampostina, which reinforces its role as a cultural driver in the city through this initiative.
The concert will take place on January 31 at 7:00 p.m. at the Octavi Ruiz Auditorium. Tickets are priced affordably at €5 and can be purchased in advance through the organization's website.
