Preliminary works began on Tuesday, and all feasible actions are currently underway. From autumn, once the rice harvest is complete, heavy machinery will be introduced, and more significant traffic cuts will occur. However, access to the population and property owners in the affected area will always be guaranteed, especially during actions such as the replacement of the Encanyissada bridge.
The Diputació de Tarragona, in collaboration with local councils, will signpost alternative routes when the T-2021 is closed. Castell noted that secondary routes are already included in the project and have been communicated to citizens, considered the
