The reservoirs in the Lleida region have significantly increased their water reserves over the past week due to abundant rainfall, reaching near full capacity in cases such as Camarasa and Terradets.

The Rialb and Oliana reservoirs, the major giants of the Segre basin, show positive development. Rialb, the largest, currently stores 334.4 cubic hectometers, reaching 82.9% of its total volume, with a weekly increase of 18.63 hm³. Meanwhile, the Oliana reservoir is at 84.1% of its capacity, consolidating a notable year-on-year improvement compared to last year.
In the Noguera Pallaresa basin, the status of Camarasa stands out, nearing full capacity at 96.4% (157.5 hm³), and Terradets, which is practically at its limit with 99%. In the Noguera Ribagorçana, the Canelles reservoir presents a solid image with 490.9 hm³ (72.3%), while Santa Anna reaches 80.8% of its capacity.
In parallel, the reservoirs of the Catalan internal basins have also experienced significant growth, holding reserves not reached since 2020, according to the Agència Catalana de l’Aigua (ACA). The total reserve of the Ebro basin currently stands at 64% of its capacity, with 4,994 hm³.
