The Monastery of Les Avellanes, in Os de Balaguer, is hosting the 'Yoga for Change' course until July 25th, an immersive training for professionals and yoga practitioners.

The former abbey has become a space for personal work and social transformation, where around twenty participants are addressing urgent contemporary challenges such as ecological collapse, war, systemic oppression, disconnection, and trauma.
Over two weeks, attendees receive more than 150 hours of immersive training, exploring yoga as a tool for physical and spiritual change. This initiative is promoted by The Yoga Gallery.
On the third day of the retreat, Òscar Martínez, representing the Provincial Council of Lleida, and the Monastery's management visited the group, highlighting the perfect synergy between the environment and the 'Yoga for Change' objectives.
The training includes participants from ten countries, such as India and the United States.
