Older adults from the associated towns can participate in two scheduled outings to Besalú on Wednesday, October 28th, and Thursday, October 29th. These days will combine a guided tour of the town's historic complex with a fellowship lunch.
Registration will open on Monday, October 5th, and can be completed until Wednesday, October 14th at noon by calling the Mancomunitat at 938 125 445.
The program, named 'Discover Besalú', will allow participants to explore emblematic sites such as the medieval bridge, the church of Sant Pere, the mikveh, the synagogue excavations, and an audiovisual presentation on the town's history.
The day will conclude with lunch at the restaurant Can Nou and coach transportation from Taradell and Tona. The activity costs 30 euros, and places are limited.
