The Girasol bar, located in Josep M Sert Square and on Roda Road in Vic, has placed tables, chairs, and umbrellas in a way that obstructs pedestrian traffic.

According to a citizen complaint, the Girasol bar, situated opposite the Consum supermarket, is improperly occupying public space. The establishment's tables, chairs, and umbrellas are placed in the usual pedestrian thoroughfare of the square.
The described situation indicates that tables occupy almost the entire square in front of the bar, forcing pedestrians to navigate between them. Furthermore, tables have been set up in the flowerbed area facing the park, seeking shade from the building at Ctra. Roda, 1-3.
As an aggravating factor, the complaint points out that the bar leaves tables and chairs outside all night, which could violate municipal regulations regarding public space occupation and safety.
