The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has released the national futsal league schedules, presenting a difficult start to the competition for CEFS Manlleu. The 'quadribarrats' will face teams in the first seven matchdays that were contenders for top positions or played in higher divisions last season.
The Manlleu team's debut will be away on September 27th against Futbol Sala Arrels in Barcelona. This team finished among the top five in their Third Division group last season. The second matchday features a significant clash against Palafolls, a former direct rival for the Honor Division championship, and on the third matchday, they will play Sant Quirze del Vallès, who competed in the Second Division B last season.
The squad coached by Albert Cárdenas will conclude the first half of the season on January 30th, 2027, hosting Club de Futbol Sala La Unión at the Municipal de Manlleu. The final three league games will see Cárdenas's team host Futsal 54 Mataró (May 8th), CFS Arenys de Munt (May 15th), and finish the season with a trip to Santa Coloma de Gramenet against the same CFS La Unión (May 22nd).
CEFS Manlleu has also announced the signing of young player Jan Colomer, the team's seventh acquisition. Colomer, who trained at Futsal Vic and joins from Manresa (where he played in the Honor Youth Division), arrives with an injury and will undergo his recovery process with the Osona club. The team's objective is to gain promotion in Group 1 of the Tercera División Nacional.
