The Ripollès Tourism Forum, held in Ripoll, has presented the results of the Sustainable Tourism Plan (PSTR) and addressed the sector's future challenges in the region.

Communication and awareness technician, Lídia Traveria, attended the Forum on September 29th, organized at the Consell Comarcal. The PSTR, with a funding of 3.5 million euros from the European Union's Next Generation funds, has enabled the execution of 17 actions to promote sustainable tourism over four years.
Highlighted projects include the rehabilitation of the footbridge at the Estabanell colony in Camprodon and the adaptation of an Information and Interpretation Center for the Natural Park of the Ter and Freser Headwaters in Setcases.
During the event, actions carried out in the last year within the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism (CETS) Action Programme for Ripollès, led by the Natural Park of the Ter and Freser Headwaters, were also detailed.
The meeting was attended by various public and private sector stakeholders from the region, and included an intervention by the deputy director general of Territorial Tourism Development, Xavier Font.
