The Albir School of New Opportunities held the graduation ceremony for the 2025-2026 class, an event that acknowledged the effort, sacrifice, and academic development of the 75 students who have completed their training. The center has achieved a record number of enrolled students, totaling 293 students trained in various professional training pathways.
The ceremony was attended by the president of the Albir Foundation and mayor of Manlleu, Arnau Rovira, along with members of the Patronage's Executive Committee, representatives from the town councils of the Osona region, families, professionals, collaborating companies, and local entities.
The 2025-26 academic year has been pivotal for the center, recording the highest number of enrolled students in its history (293). The young individuals have pursued professional training in areas such as Welding, Sheet Metal Work, Hairdressing, Construction, and Carpentry, as well as pathways for returning to the educational system like the Secondary Education Graduate (GES), which is essential for accessing Intermediate Vocational Training Cycles.

Arnau Rovira emphasized that the project was founded with the goal of ensuring no young person was excluded from the educational system. He positively valued the institutional and business collaboration, which has enabled the center's growth with 23 collaboration agreements signed with town councils in Osona and Lluçanès, and the involvement of the business community.
The event also highlighted the awarding of the contract from the Catalan Public Employment Service (SOC), with a budget of 3.8 million euros, ensuring the continuity of the school's model for the coming years. This boost aligns with the recognition of its educational model through the new decree for Schools of New Opportunities, establishing the Albir School as a benchmark for providing new opportunities to young people.
