The 'Escampa la Boira' hiking festival is reaching its fourth edition in Osona, consolidating itself as a benchmark active tourism offering in the region. From November 6th to 22nd, a dozen guided activities will provide the opportunity to discover the territory on foot, combining nature, heritage, and local culture.

Organized by Osona Turisme, the festival proposes a slow-paced, sustainable, and knowledgeable way to experience the region. The routes, which will traverse different Osona municipalities over three weeks, go beyond physical activity. They combine the discovery of natural and cultural heritage with experiences that allow for landscape interpretation, learning local history, and approaching the traditions and identity of each place.
The program includes excursions through emblematic natural spaces, routes to viewpoints with privileged views over the Plana de Vic, thematic itineraries, gastronomic proposals, and nature observation activities. All activities are conducted in small groups and guided by specialized professionals.

"There is a way of doing tourism based on quality, sustainability, and knowledge of the territory. It is a model that values our natural and cultural heritage, generates activity in the municipalities, and invites both visitors and the people of Osona themselves to rediscover the region."

Albert Prado · CEO of Tourism, Culture, and Sport of the Consell Comarcal d’Osona
The festival has become a collective project involving activity companies, hiking guides, town councils, and local entities, promoting authentic experiences and a sustainable tourism model. Furthermore, it maintains links with reference events such as the Fira de la Muntanya de Vic and the BBVA Festival de Cinema de Muntanya de Torelló.
With the autumn colors as a backdrop, 'Escampa la Boira' invites participants to explore Osona on foot, discover often-unknown corners, and enjoy the landscape calmly, making each walk an opportunity to better understand the territory.
Registrations for activities and the full program can be consulted on the Osona Turisme website.
