Cultural Agenda in Pallars: Fem Talks, Fira Natura and Cinema this Weekend

The regions of Pallars Jussà and Pallars Sobirà present a diverse cultural agenda for the weekend of May 18 and 19, featuring events such as Fem Talks in Talarn, Fira Natura in Sort, and film screenings.

The Centre for Innovative Companies (CEI) of Pallars Jussà is organizing Fem Talks at the CITA building in Talarn on Saturday, May 18. This networking and professional inspiration event will start at 6:30 PM and will feature participants such as Carlos Duran, Laura Samsó, Ivan Caelles, and Magda Plazas.
In Gerri de la Sal, the Salt Museum will celebrate International Day for Monuments and Sites with an open day and a guided tour on Saturday, May 18, starting at 11 AM. Expert Marta Prunera will explain the effects of saltpeter on artifacts and salt pans, as well as the necessary conservation conditions.
The Parc del Riuet de Sort will host the 22nd Fira Natura on Saturday, May 19, starting at 11 AM. This edition, aimed at children, will offer games, competitions, exhibitions, and talks, under the theme "Military spending for social use".
Finally, the cinemas Lo Ventador in La Guingueta d'Àneu and Els Til·lers in Sort will screen the film Mi Amiga Eva by Cesc Gay, as part of the Gaudí Cycle of Catalan cinema. The first screening will be on Saturday, May 18, in La Guingueta, and the second on Sunday, May 19, in Sort, both at 7 PM.
