Twelve ground units, four helicopters, and three water-bombing planes from the Firefighters of Catalonia have been engaged since 3:16 PM this Tuesday in a vegetation fire in the Forat del Graller area, located in the Gurp mountain range, within the municipality of Tremp.
The fire is burning downhill in an area of difficult access, with a medium to low intensity. The left flank of the fire is advancing along the ridge. Emergency services are deploying personnel by helicopter to bolster extinction efforts.

Concurrently, the city of Tremp lost its electricity supply this afternoon due to lightning strikes in the area during the storm. It is worth remembering that yesterday, Monday, another stormy afternoon caused up to four fires almost simultaneously in Pallars.
