This innovative project, which involves an investment of 2.43 million euros for the 2026-2027 biennium, includes five specially equipped vehicles that will travel throughout the Catalan territory. Specifically in Pallars, the beneficiary municipalities have been integrated into the Northwest Route, covering the mountain regions and the northernmost part of the Lleida plain.
The localities in Pallars Jussà that will receive this service are Abella de la Conca, Castell de Mur, Isona i Conca Dellà, la Pobla de Segur, la Torre de Capdella, Llimiana, Senterada, and Tremp. For Pallars Sobirà, the confirmed stops are Alins, Baix Pallars, Espot, Esterri d'Àneu, Farrera, la Guingueta d'Àneu, Llavorsí, and Vall de Cardós.

The presentation of this service took place last Sunday in Mediona (l'Alt Penedès). The main objective is to ensure that geographical location does not hinder access to public administration services. The mobile offices will visit each locality approximately once a month, parking at key points for periods of between one and a half and three hours, mainly during the morning.
With this initiative, the Government estimates that it will be able to serve a potential of 600,000 people across Catalonia, significantly reducing the travel required for procedures such as document registration, expediente inquiries, or obtaining certificates.
