The Mollerussa City Council is launching a public participation process during the 153rd Sant Josep Fair to define its proposal for the Catalonia Neighborhoods and Towns Plan 2025-2029.

The local government will set up an information booth at the fairgrounds to explain the initiative and collect initial feedback. The goal is for residents to prioritize improvements in the town center, which are more likely to receive funding from the Generalitat.
Citizens can participate via an online survey using QR codes at the fair or through the eAgora platform until April 19th. A public workshop is also scheduled for April 15th at the Teatre de l'Amistat.
Proposals will focus on urban renovation, ecological transition, and social initiatives. Technical teams will analyze the input to draft the final project, aiming to improve quality of life and reduce social inequalities in Mollerussa.
