The new strategic document, presented in early July 2025, aims primarily to transform traffic flow and movement within the urban core of Mollerussa, prioritizing safety and sustainability. The 9.5 million euro investment will be deployed over several years.

Among the 55 planned actions, initiatives stand out to encourage the use of bicycles and pedestrian movement, as well as improving the local public transport network. The plan also addresses parking management and traffic calming in sensitive areas, such as school surroundings.

This investment effort seeks to align Mollerussa with the sustainable development goals of the 2030 Agenda, reducing CO2 emissions and enhancing the quality of life for residents. The plan resulted from a participatory process involving municipal technicians and civil society representatives.
