Mollerussa's Sant Josep Fair Grows by 6% with 240 Exhibitors

The agricultural event and the Automobile Show expand their exhibition area with strong institutional support.

The 153rd Sant Josep Fair in Mollerussa kicks off tomorrow featuring 240 exhibitors across 22,427 square meters, marking a 6.3% increase in size compared to the previous year.

Mayor Marc Solsona highlighted the high-level political presence expected at the event. The Minister of Foreign Action, Jaume Duch, will lead the opening ceremony this Thursday, followed by the Spanish Minister of Industry and Tourism, Jordi Hereu, who will inaugurate the 45th Automobile Show on Friday.
The automotive section has seen significant growth, expanding its footprint by 25% to reach 9,000 square meters. Additionally, the fair will host a record-breaking 24 technical sessions, focusing on professional development and innovation within the agricultural sector.

Regarding finances, the Fira de Mollerussa board approved a 776,200 euro budget for 2026. The organization remains debt-free and reported a 40,000 euro profit, which will be reinvested into upgrading the exhibition pavilions.
