The week will kick off on Monday, October 5th, at 11:00 AM with a talk on fall prevention. On Tuesday, October 6th, there will be a gymnastics session from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by the Billiards Championship final at 11:00 AM, and in the afternoon, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, a Bingo game will take place.
On Wednesday, October 7th, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, a cooking workshop will be held. At 7:00 PM, Dr. Mario Sirach, a graduate in Medicine and Surgery, Family Doctor, and SEM emergency doctor, will give a talk on first aid.
Thursday, October 8th, will include gymnastics from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and a painting workshop from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. At 7:00 PM, there will be a talk on meteorology.
The Cultural Week will conclude on Friday, October 9th, with a Musical Bingo from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. All activities are free and include prizes and fun.
The initiative is supported by the 'Esplai del Jubilat', the Golmés City Council, and the Consell Comarcal del Pla d’Urgell.
