The Department of Health has presented the winning design for the new Primary Healthcare Center (CAP) in Móra d'Ebre, a modern facility planned to enhance local medical services in Ribera d'Ebre.

The new building will cover 1,645 square meters across two floors. Located on land provided by the Móra d'Ebre City Council, the architectural plan includes a central courtyard to provide natural light and improve the well-being of both patients and staff.
The facility will house a Medical Emergency System (SEM) base to strengthen emergency response times. It will also offer specialized services such as mental health, dentistry, and community health areas, moving towards the final project drafting and construction phase.
