The municipality of Tivissa, in the Ribera d’Ebre region, organizes its first Saint Blaise Winter Festival, offering a weekend full of cultural and traditional activities from February 6 to 8.

The Tivissa City Council has organized an extensive program combining culture, tradition, and leisure to reinforce this historical and deeply rooted local festivity. The main celebration will take place during the weekend of February 6 to 8.

The Saint Blaise Winter Festival seeks to reinforce a festivity rooted in the history of the municipality of Tivissa.

The schedule maintains its most traditional moments, such as the mass at the hermitage held on February 3 and the pilgrimage on Sunday 8. This final day includes mass, sardana dancing, popular vermouth, the traditional caldereta (stew), and various popular games.
In addition to the central events, the program proposes a wide variety of recreational and cultural activities between these dates, such as fire shows, live music, contests, workshops, dances, and family games, as confirmed by the Festival Councillor, David Pérez Balsebre.
