The competition will test the establishments Siroko Port, Duval, and Hotel Antiga, who will compete to demonstrate who prepares the best version of this traditional dish linked to the Costa Daurada coastline.
The summer edition's format will include evaluations of different aspects of the gastronomic experience, with restaurants competing in pairs.

Siroko Port, located in the Port de Segur, stands out for its Mediterranean cuisine, tapas, salads, and main courses, with a special emphasis on seafood and meat rice dishes. It also features a terrace with sea views and a cocktail offering.
Duval, at Carrer de Montserrat, 32, has been offering Mediterranean and seafood cuisine since 2012, combining homemade and market dishes, including tapas, meat, fish, and rice dishes. It is associated with chef Carles Ivern.
The Hotel Antiga, in the historic center of Calafell, occupies an old 18th-century 'indiano' house. Its family restaurant focuses on traditional Catalan and fisherman's cuisine, using seasonal and local products.
