The deadline for submitting applications is September 1st. The event will take place throughout Saturday and Sunday morning. The council will be responsible for selecting the stalls, prioritizing those offering food and artisan products linked to the livestock and cheese sector, such as cured meats or dairy products.
Participation costs 25 euros for 3x3 meter stalls, with a supplement of 20 euros for each additional meter. The organization has specified that tents and assembly materials will not be provided. Regarding electricity, a limited supply of 1 kW per stall is guaranteed, and any higher requirements must be communicated in advance.
Stallholders must ensure compliance with current food safety and hygiene regulations. Registrations can be formalized through the Ripoll City Council electronic office or in person at municipal offices, attaching the required documentation.
