The Ripoll City Council has launched the Ripoll amb Ulls Tafaners initiative, a proposal that invites residents and visitors to locate 36 curious heritage elements scattered throughout the municipality.

The project was born with the desire to highlight small architectural and artistic details that often go unnoticed in daily life. Among the elements selected for this route are everything from a representation of Sant Jordi to sculptures with angel faces or children's figures integrated into urban furniture and facades.
The activity involves completing a brochure with the exact locations of these 36 points of interest. Participants who manage to identify all the elements will be eligible for a prize. Photographs of the pieces are on display at the entrance of the Ripoll Ethnographic Museum, where the necessary material to participate can also be collected.
According to municipal sources, the initiative arises from the daily observation of the streets, where hundreds of curiosities have been detected that the frantic pace of modern life often hides. It is a living project that aims to encourage the observation of local heritage, including elements of fountains or facades that are part of the town's identity.

"With the daily noise and hustle, we often do not notice details of facades or fountains that we should know well because they are part of our municipality's heritage."
