Starting at 10:00 AM, participants can prepare their paella to their liking, whether it's fish, meat, mixed, or vegetable-based. The event will conclude with an awards ceremony at 2:00 PM.
Prizes will be awarded for the most flavorful paella (€100), the second most flavorful paella (€75), and the best-presented paella (€100). Additionally, the largest group will receive a special detail.
Registration to participate in the contest will be open until October 9th at the Town Hall of Sant Guim de Freixenet. For more information, contact 973 55 60 35 or email ajuntament@santguim.cat.
Attendees who do not participate in the contest can also enjoy popular rice dishes for €10, with prior reservation at the Town Hall. The event will also feature a bar service and bingo.
