A total of 23 municipalities in the provinces of Barcelona, Tarragona, and Lleida are currently in a state of extreme danger from fires, with level 4 of the Alfa Plan activated.

The risk of forest fires continues to be a concern in Catalonia. This Saturday, 23 municipalities spread across the provinces of Barcelona, Tarragona, and Lleida have been affected by an extreme danger alert, activating level 4 of the Agents Rurals' Alfa Plan.
The regions specifically designated with this alert level are Alt Penedès, in the province of Barcelona; Baix Penedès and Alt Camp, in Tarragona; and Alt Urgell, Noguera, Pallars Jussà, and Solsonès, in the province of Lleida.
In addition to the fire risk restrictions, access to three natural spaces has been maintained to ensure safety. These areas are Ribera Salada and Baronia de Rialb, both in Lleida, and Montmell-Marmellar, in Tarragona.
