The high-speed rail service in Lleida continues to suffer delays of an hour or more, as drivers maintain reduced speeds due to distrust in Adif's safety decisions.

The situation on the Rodalies lines in the Lleida area improved slightly, with fewer delays than the previous day, although the coastal lines and the Manresa line still require bus transfers between Cervera and the capital of Bages, and between Vinaixa and Sant Vicenç de Calders.
The most serious problem persists in high-speed rail. More than a week after the tragic accident in Adamuz that cost 45 lives, AVE trains stopping in Lleida continue to accumulate delays of around 60 minutes, with some exceeding two hours.
Although Adif lifted most of the speed restrictions initially imposed (only six points remain limited to 230 km/h), the drivers have chosen to circulate at the speed they deem safest. This highlights a clear lack of confidence between the public body and its workers, directly harming users.

This situation is one more element of the lack of control in which the railway service has been immersed, highlighting that the Rodalies network is in a worse state than it already seemed.

This crisis reveals the poor state of the Rodalies de Catalunya network due to years of lack of investment. Given the chaos, the assumption of responsibility through the dismissal of only two Adif and Renfe officials is considered insufficient. On a positive note, the Generalitat and the Central Government have agreed to expand the investment budget until 2030.
