The Institut d'Estudis Ilerdencs (IEI) has successfully integrated its bibliographic collection into the Catalan University Collective Catalogue (CCUC) this February in Lleida to boost its global visibility.

This move allows researchers and the general public to access IEI materials through a single digital gateway. The collective database features over five million titles, providing a comprehensive resource for academic and cultural research across Catalonia.

"We are highlighting the IEI library collection, which is extremely interesting, and giving it the visibility it deserves."

Sílvia Farrús · Head of Bibliographic and Documentary Heritage at IEI
The IEI contribution includes 33,000 records, with 15,000 being unique documents. The institution has also updated its internal management by migrating to the Alma software system, ensuring modern standards for cataloguing and resource access.
