Lleida artist Mercè debuts first album 'Risc' at Espai Orfeó

The artist Mercè is set to present her debut album, Risc, on March 7th at 8:30 PM at the Espai Orfeó in Lleida, marking a major milestone before her Sónar festival appearance.

Recognized as Grup Cases de la Música 2024, the Lleida-born musician is releasing her seven-track project under the Luup Records label. Risc explores the intersection of electronic music and experimental pop, offering a unique sonic identity tailored for Gen Z.

Following her Lleida show, Mercè will perform at Sala River on March 14th as part of LET'S FESTIVAL. Her summer schedule includes a high-profile date on June 18th at the Sónar festival, where she will premiere the immersive stage experience Show Simulator.
A Composition graduate, Mercè combines vocals, violin, and real-time electronic processing in her live sets. Having started her career at 19 with singles like Runner, she has quickly become a standout figure in the contemporary Catalan music scene.
