Lleida suffered a 1-2 defeat against Vilanova i la Geltrú at Camp d'Esports, ending the season with a result that did not reflect their strong play.

The Segrià team, managed by Jordi Cortés, delivered one of their best performances of the season, dominating much of the match. Despite early opportunities from Aleix León and Jorge Revert, which could have opened the scoring in the first five minutes, Vilanova i la Geltrú managed to respond.
The first goal came in the 17th minute, when Totti capitalized on an individual play to beat goalkeeper Albert Alfonso. The first half concluded with rising tension and a scuffle between both teams, with the referee showing no cards.
In the second half, Vilanova i la Geltrú, under the guidance of Genís Sampietro, came out with renewed intensity, constantly pressing the home goal. Despite Lleida's defensive efforts, the visitors managed to come back with two headers from Frutos and Guillem in the 88th and 90+2 minutes, securing their qualification for the play-offs.
The match ended with a pitch invasion by the visiting team and some incidents with the local fans, which eventually calmed down. Lleida bids farewell to the Tercera Federación with a bitter defeat, but with the feeling of having played good football in their final match of the campaign.
