The committee consists of about ten people, seven of whom are external experts from fields such as law, technology, and sociology. The main objective is to gather reflections to adopt new strategies and implement effective measures.
Mayor Fèlix Larrosa indicated that elements like street security cameras may not be sufficient without proper management.
