The Lleida Museum has officially presented its Strategic Plan 2026-2030 in Lleida this February, outlining the institution's vision and goals for the next five years.

Developed with input from local institutions and cultural stakeholders, the plan aims to place the visitor at the heart of the museum experience. This includes a comprehensive redesign of exhibition spaces and the promotion of co-creation projects involving the local community and heritage networks.
The strategy also addresses internal governance and organizational efficiency. By restructuring its core areas, the museum seeks to improve its operational effectiveness and better serve the public as a leading cultural hub in the Ponent region.
Furthermore, the Lleida Museum will strengthen its regional role by providing support to smaller municipalities through the Museum Support Service (SAM). It will also enhance its partnership with the Lleida Archaeological Archive to better manage local heritage.
