This data, recently disclosed, positions the 2022-2025 period as one of significant international expansion for companies from Lleida. The Secretary of Business and Competitiveness and CEO of ACCIÓ, highlighted that these companies primarily operate in key sectors such as infrastructure and construction (17%), food (15%), and consulting and business services (13%).

These figures were presented during the ACCIÓ ON 2026 cycle event, which gathered over a hundred business owners from Lleida. During the event, the Catalunya Exporta program was also introduced, designed to facilitate the internationalization of Catalan companies, along with a new international diversification service to strengthen business resilience in the current global context.
Finally, ACCIÓ plans to launch a business growth program. This initiative aims to overcome companies' size limitations, offering advice and financial aid of up to 120,000 euros to enhance their competitiveness in the global market.
