The Lleida Tourist Office recorded a total of 1,137 visitor attendances during the Easter Week campaign, which ran from March 28 until yesterday, according to data provided by the Paeria.

This figure reflects a significant influx of public to the capital of Segrià during the holiday period. The busiest day was yesterday, with 252 tourists attended, closely followed by Thursday, which registered 243 visits. Saturday was also a significant day, with 134 attendances.
Regarding the origin of the visitors, the majority were from Barcelona and its metropolitan area. A significant presence of tourists from Madrid, Euskadi, and the Valencian Community was also observed, consolidating Lleida as an attractive destination for domestic tourism.
This influx of tourists to the city of Lleida coincides with the closing of the ski season in the Lleida Pyrenees, where resorts such as Baqueira Beret exceeded one million skiers, and others like Boí Taüll, Port Ainé, and Espot Esquí concluded their season. Despite initial bad weather and rising fuel costs, tourist occupancy in the Lleida Pyrenees reached 80% during Easter Week, with full occupancy in campsites and rural tourism establishments.
