Chef Àngel Esteve has placed Sisè restaurant on the map of high-end Spanish gastronomy by earning a Repsol Sun in Lleida this March 2026.

The restaurant, located in the heart of the Segrià region, opened in September 2023. After training with masters like Rafa Peña at Gresca in Barcelona, Esteve returned to his hometown to launch a project inspired by his grandparents' home cooking.
Sisè's culinary identity is defined by the use of holm oak firewood and an open kitchen concept. This Repsol Guide distinction marks a significant achievement for Lleida's food scene, joining the long-standing Carballeira as a top-tier dining destination.

"The restaurant's name is a tribute to the sixth floor where my grandparents lived, where the food was like nowhere else."
