The real estate market in Lleida has reached a new milestone this March with a concrete villa in Ciutat Jardí listed for 1.6 million euros.

Located in the Vallcalent area, the property spans 700 square meters. According to Idealista, the house features seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, offering high-end finishes and a modern architectural design.
The building is equipped with a geothermal heating system and high-quality insulation. The layout includes three floors connected by an elevator, a five-car garage, and a gourmet kitchen, alongside a private swimming pool and solarium.
Despite the high price in the capital of Segrià, the most expensive property in the province is located in Val d'Aran. In the Pleta de Jus development near Baqueira Beret, a mountain estate is priced at 3.5 million euros.
