The appointment decree was signed by Mayor Larrosa, formalizing Lloreta's entry into the municipal management team. This substitution follows the departure of Xavier Batalla, who previously held the position.
Prior to her new appointment, Lloreta served as executive director and board member of Fira Tàrrega, where she carried out strategic direction, management, and team leadership tasks, solidifying her experience in the cultural sector.
The new Head of Cabinet also has local political experience, having served as Councilor for Municipal Services and Communication at the Tàrrega City Council between 2007 and 2011, representing the local political brand AIPN.
Regarding her education, Natàlia Lloreta holds a degree in Audiovisual Communication from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and has completed postgraduate studies in advertising creation and production, digital video, and technopolitics. She also co-directed the Embarrat Festival of contemporary creation.
