A total of 137 companies and organizations participated this March 4th in the UdL Job Fair in Lleida, offering 158 job positions to university students.

The event saw the registration of three hundred students from the University of Lleida. Students had the chance to connect directly with recruiters and engage in innovative experiences, such as mock job interviews using virtual reality goggles.
Participating companies expressed a need for diverse profiles, highlighting sectors such as civil engineering, agronomy, psychology, and economics. Despite the available offers, many human resources managers agreed on the current difficulty of finding staff with the necessary qualifications.

"We are looking for talent, such as building engineers, chemists, or agronomists. It is very complicated to find qualified profiles willing to work."
