The incident occurred at approximately 10:00 AM on Miguel Hernández street. The suspect reportedly threatened the employee before escaping in a car. Despite an immediate police lockdown of the area, the perpetrator managed to evade capture at the time.

Following an investigation by the Segrià criminal unit, officers identified the man, who has a record of thirty previous criminal offenses. He was eventually located and detained at his residence on Mossèn Salvador street during an early morning operation.

The suspect is scheduled to appear before a Lleida judge tomorrow. Authorities are currently investigating whether he is linked to other recent crimes in the Segrià region.
